Dotes d.o.o. wishes to inform you that, as the controller, it handles your personal data responsibly, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national legislation. Protecting your privacy is important to us, so we want to inform you why we collect your data, how we use it and what processing operations we carry out. Access to personal data is granted only to authorised employees and processors with a username and password, to the extent and for the purpose strictly necessary for the smooth running of work processes and the provision of services. The company ensures data security through appropriate measures so that unauthorised persons cannot access personal data, maintains its confidentiality and integrity, and prevents its loss or accidental destruction throughout the processing. Users themselves are also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring that they use the internet safely.

Enquiries via the online form

When you submit an enquiry, we process the data you enter: your name or company name, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided), project details (area, location, stage, preferred date, description) and any attached files. We use the data only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

If you indicate in the form that you wish to receive occasional DOTES news, we process your e-mail address for this purpose on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to info@dotes.si with ODJAVA (unsubscribe) in the subject line.

Disclosure of data to authorised partners

An individual may withdraw any consent given to the processing of personal data at any time, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, by means of a written request sent to the e-mail address info@dotes.si. The request will be granted within 15 days of its receipt, as prescribed by law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

An individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia if they believe that their personal data is being stored or otherwise processed in breach of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.
